HOW DO I LOG INTO YOUR WEBSITE?

 

Click on the “log in” link at the top of our website

1.    If this is your first time ordering with our company online, you will need to click the “sign up” button and simply fill in the fields to open up an account.  Please note we require a valid Business TIN to log onto the site.

2.    If you are an existing customer and have ordered online please type your e-mail address and password in the “Returning Customer” field.

3.    FAX your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to 605-336-6699.  Please download the order form from the website under "Down loads"

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  Our website is a safe, convenient and secure environment for entering your credit card information.  If you prefer, you can always call our Customer Service at 1-800-456-1194 and give your information over the phone.

 

DEBIT CARDS

We also accept all non pin Debit Cards

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, our minimum order is $100 for all new accounts and $50 for re-orders. 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt by UPS ground.  Please note that during certain times, the shipping turnaround time may be greater.  Orders containing crystal prisms vary greatly in weight.  Shipping is determined at the time of packing based on the weight of the package.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE

Some items may be temporarily out of stock.  Please note in the comments section on your check out if you would like items to be back ordered.  If requested, we will ship them as soon as they are available.  We will contact you before dispatch.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We do not charge sales tax as we are a wholesale distributor.  You must have a valid tax exemption number for order processing.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

·         All claims for shortages must be reported within 5 days of package arrival.

·          Contact UPS, FEDEX, USPS or Carrier for damage claims immediately.

·         Credits cannot be issued without inspection number from carrier.

·         All Returns must be pre-approved.  Please e-mail us at:  customerservice@PhoenixCrystals.net for return approval.  Please note that 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all authorized returned items.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

·         We accept returns within 14 days upon receipt of authorization for store credit only.  Any returns that are damaged due to faulty repackaging will not be credited or replaced.  If using Post Office please insure.

WHAT ABOUT PRICE AND AVAILABILITY CHANGES?

WHAT IS AB?

AB is the special effect Color Aurora Borealis.  Aurora Borealis is a transparent iridized rainbow effect.  The other special effect Colors we carry are Bermuda Blue, Heliotrope, Vitrail Light, and Vitrail Medium.  Please see the SWAROVSKI Colors in downloads from the Home Page on our website for additional information.

WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT SAFETY?

Many glass beads, pendants, and prisms contain lead.  Particularly cut glass or fire polished glass.  Lead is what makes these items brilliantly reflective.  Lead free glass is generally less sparkly.  It is best to assume that any faceted glass product contains at least some lead content.

WHAT IS CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 1681?

Effective September 1, 2007, no children’s jewelry can be retailed in the state of California unless the piece meets the lead-free standards described in the bill.  Standards are specified for metal and non-metal components. 

Retail sales within the state and from out of state internet sites are prohibited and punishable by fines and civil penalties.  You do not have to operate your business in the state of California to be affected by this legislation.  Anyone selling to California consumers is subject to the new law.

DO YOU HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?

Yes, your privacy is important to us.  We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties.  We use email addresses to communicate with our customers about their orders.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
